By using PickleDuel you agree to these terms. PickleDuel is provided by InSync Tech inc.
The game
- Courts, matches, and rankings in PickleDuel are a game. Holding a court in the app grants no right to a real court.
- Log real results only. A match becomes a fact only when both players confirm it; false reports and fake confirmations may lead to removal of results or the account.
- There is no money in the game: no wagers, entry fees, prizes, or player-to-player payments of any kind, and none may be arranged through it.
Your account
- You need an Apple Account and must be 13 or older.
- Choose a handle and court names that are yours to use and fit for a public map. We may rename or remove content that is offensive, misleading, or infringing.
- You can delete your account at any time inside the app.
Play safely
Check in and play only where you are allowed to be. You are responsible for your own safety on the court and for following the rules of the venue.
The service
PickleDuel is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InSync Tech inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
