Privacy Policy

PickleDuel is a territory game played on real pickleball courts, made by InSync Tech inc. (Venice, Florida, USA). This policy says exactly what the app collects, why, and how you delete it.
What we collect
- Your Apple sign-in. You sign in with Apple. Apple gives us a user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and an email address (which may be Apple's private relay address). We use these to create and recognize your account.
- Your handle and your pickle. The handle you choose and the avatar you build. Other players see both.
- Location, only while you use the app. To show courts near you and to check you in at a court, the app reads your device location when it is open. A check-in records the court and the moment you checked in. We do not track your location in the background, and we never build a movement history.
- Courts and matches. Courts you add (name and position) and matches you log or confirm (court, opponent handle, score, time). Match results and the courts a player holds are visible to other players — that is the game.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no ad networks, no analytics SDKs, no tracking across apps or websites, and no sale of personal data. The app does not ask for tracking permission because it does not track.
- No contacts, photos, microphone, health data, or payment information. There is nothing to buy in this version.
Where it lives
Your data is stored on servers we operate in the United States and is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We keep it for as long as your account exists.
Delete your account
Inside the app: Profile → Delete account. The server deletes your profile, your check-ins, and your match records immediately, and releases any courts you hold. You can also email hello@insynctech.io from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Children
PickleDuel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
